What are fillable PDF forms?
PDF is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It’s a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents – regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document.
A fillable PDF is a PDF document that includes fields which allows users to enter data. These fields can accommodate text, numbers, multiple choice and other response types. A fillable PDF form can also include embedded javaScript code for advanced functionality. Fillable PDF forms can be opened and completed in most browsers and many applications. The free Adobe Reader application is recommended for PDF forms with custom javaScript coding.

What does it cost?
Time-based billing: Formstyle uses a single costing structure that applies to all clients. The design, layout and digital conversion processes outlined above are all calculated on an hourly rate of $120 plus gst.
Project-based billing: Although all projects are evaluated on the production time involved, larger projects often have repeating elements which often result in a lower page rate than a single form.
Alterations: There is no charge for minor alterations up to one month after project delivery. Requests for significant alterations may be charged at our normal production rate.
Estimates: A no-obligation estimate will be provided to clients for all potential projects.
How do I upgrade to digital forms?
Online forms are accessed on a specific page of a website, then completed and submitted using an active internet connection. Typically the user does not receive a copy of the completed form.
PDF forms can be also be completed online, but as standalone documents, the PDFs can also be downloaded, shared and saved to local devices where the user can retain a copy of their completed form.
Hosted PDF forms use 3rd party providers that offer a secure online portal PDF forms. Users can complete the form and opt to receive a copy while their data is parsed and forwarded to the form owners.
